We want you to be 100% satisfied with your KeeraTag purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not purchased directly from our official store (keeratag.com).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email that we have received your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

If your KeeraTag device is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our support team before sending it back so we can guide you through the exchange process.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

6. How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship your item back to us, and we’ll handle the rest.
